How can we help?
What is SaaS? What is the difference with on-premise software?

SaaS means Software as a Service. In the past, you will probably have installed and run software on a computer or device on the premises of your work or home - this is “on-premise”. SaaS is accessed via the internet and hosted by the provider. There are a number of reasons why the market trend is moving to a SaaS model. The provider (Kooomo) is responsible for upgrades, uptime and security. You don’t have to worry about buying, installing or managing hardware or software - all you need is access to the internet. This gives you the freedom to invest your time and resources on developing your brand.
