The Ideal Candidate
An experienced PHP Developer with strong PHP7/OOP and other OOP language experience. Solid working experience with the main PHP frameworks (Laravel, Symfony, Zend, etc..), MySQL Databases, NoSQL databases. Previous experience in an eCommerce platform is desirable. Our code is primarily a monolith structure, written in legacy OO PHP, using a legacy framework. Ideal candidates would be comfortable with a legacy PHP codebase and willing to ‘roll up their sleeves’. Having said that, we use Laravel as much as possible for any new functionality, so we are in the process of modernising what we have.

The PHP Developer will be working on a wide variety of projects including:
  •   Kooomo eCommerce platform (www.kooomo.com)
  • Design and implementation of web-based applications.
  • Optimisation of the Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery Processes.
  • Optimisation of the Non-functional requirements of the Kooomo Platform (Security, Speed).Integrations with 3rd Party Systems including - Suppliers, Logistics, Couriers, Payment Gateways, Chip & PIN , Business Intelligence.Reporting & KPI systems.Research & Development.Y
  • You will interact with other PHP/HTML developers of the team to reach the results.
  • Partake in Code Reviews, QAInterpret written business requirements and convert to technical specification documents
Requirements
Desired Skills and Experience:

Client Growth Manager (English & Italian Speaking)

Role Description

The value you will deliver:

  • Work across our international client base (from Ireland, UK, Italy, Spain) to evaluate their performance and develop strategies to improve overall conversions and engagement.
  • Liaise with the Product and Marketing functions at Kooomo to nominate new features and promote and market these to our merchants.
  • Liaise with the Partner function at Kooomo to identify relevant technology partners that can support your mission.
  • Establish trusted relationships with our merchants to understand, propose and report on growth strategies.
  • Act as point of contact for our clients to handle all onboarding, strategy sessions, reporting, renewal and upsell opportunities.
  • Undertake monthly and quarterly business reviews with clients.
  • Using a data-driven approach, understand what the most appropriate omnichannel and growth strategies best suit merchants, constantly evaluating emerging market trends and business needs.
  • Collaborate with the Project Managers and Product Owners of the project team during the initial onboarding and development of new eCommerce websites and post-go-live.
  • Define a plan and process for upselling and cross-selling to merchants.
  • Execute and manage all outbound sales sequences on behalf of your client portfolio.
Requirements
  • 3+ years in a similar role (examples: Growth Manager/eCommerce Manager/CRO Specialist/Digital Marketing Specialist/Marketplace manager/Sales management).
  • Languages: English & Italian.
  • Have experience working with a recognised project management process and relevant tools (examples: Jira, Monday.com, Asana).
  • Good understanding of eCommerce platform fundamentals and key technology integrations (examples: Product Feeds/Marketplaces/Reviews/Social).
  • Experience in marketing mix (Media, SEO, email, CRM) analysis, strategy and planning.
  • Experience and certification with Google Analytics, Data Studio or similar technologies.

Product & Project Owner (Italian Speaking)

Purpose of the role
 

We are looking for a knowledgeable, skilful, enthusiastic, and Italian speaking Product & Project Owner to help us manage our Italian merchants and improve their eCommerce websites. Working alongside the Head of Client Services, Southern Europe, you will take ownership of understanding, defining, planning, leading, and delivering all tasks for these merchants as defined by them with your support.

  • Take the lead and ownership of understanding, defining, planning, leading, and delivering all tasks before, during and after go live of a new or existing project as a Product & Project Owner
  • Provide vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project and by gathering & creating functional requirements
  • Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on for each sprint by writing detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with client’s strategy
  • Provide backlog management, planning, and elaboration of the user stories
  • Have responsibility for monitoring, triaging, and solving (when appropriate) tickets that are raised via our ticketing system
