Ecommerce Project Manager (Italian Market)

Role Description
The Ecommerce Project Manager will lead the design, development and delivery of complex digital projects from initiation through to close.

You will be required to manage a project from early strategy and vision, through design and into delivery and commercialisation for our clients. You will be a natural leader who can articulate a compelling vision to your client and team and ensure that this vision is delivered through all stages of the project.
Responsibilities
Shape the vision for projects, adopting design thinking and agile methodologies to deliver customer and business benefits in a timely manner

Owns projects from beginning to end, eliminates obstacles and takes responsibility for getting results for our clients

Acts as primary coordinator for digitally-based projects, managing resources, stakeholders and relationships across teams internally and with the client

Brings together people from creative, business and technical backgrounds, often across multiple dispersed teams, to collaborate for project success

Effectively communicates with client and project teams alike, from requirement gathering and expectation management, to communicating vision and team collaboration

Manage trusted relationships with clients and develop a thorough understanding of their business challenges

Leverage a strategic partnership approach to add value to our clients' business and help drive online sales across multiple verticals

Persuade clients of the wider strategic opportunities in the ecommerce world, making sure to guide them through the account development cycle

Improve clients' online performance and their return on investment
Knowledge, experience, and technical skills
BA/BS degree (In lieu of degree, relevant skills or equivalent experience)

3+ years of leading digital projects from vision through to delivery

Experience in the delivery of Web, Mobile and eCommerce projects based on leading technology platforms

Experience in the management and delivery of digital design projects, working with Service, UX and UI designers, front-end developers and digital marketers

Experience of leading and delivering with multi-location teams is preferable

Experience of working in complex, matrix organisations is preferable

Self-starter, self-motivated, and capable of seeking additional selling opportunities

Detail oriented with the ability to prioritise, plan, and organise the account cycle activity

Native-level fluency in Italian and English (preferred)

Ecommerce experience is essential

Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you will have to provide to Kooomo’s client an excellent service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, understand the details of client’s business and persistently explore and uncover the business needs of your key clients. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how to increase their online turnover.

Content Marketing Manager (Maternity Leave cover)

Overview:
We're seeking an experienced Content Marketing Manager to join the Kooomo team for a fixed term, to cover maternity leave (commencing October 2019). Kooomo is a fast-paced, evolving digital commerce platform so we are looking for an individual who is not only passionate about producing high-quality content to grow our marketing funnel, but also someone who can hit the ground running.

Reporting to the CEO, the Content Marketing Manager will be responsible for producing all content for the business, as well as seeking out further opportunities to boost Kooomo’s profile and audience.
Responsibilities include:
- Strategically planning and maintaining a content calendar to ensure that high-quality, consistent content is being released on an ongoing basis.

- Managing Kooomo’s social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube)

- Producing articles for the company blog, as well as researching and writing long-form content (e.g. e-books & whitepapers) to support lead-generation for the sales team

- Managing all email marketing campaigns, to include monthly subscriber emails, partner newsletters, as well as any ad-hoc email campaigns that arise

- Maintaining and further building our library of sales collateral (presentation decks, brochures, how-to guides, proposals, etc.)

- Planning, co-ordinating, and developing content for regular webinars (partners, product & marketing-focused), as well as presentations for speaking opportunities at events

 - Maintaining content partnerships with Kooomo’s technology and agency partners, as well as industry publications

- Identifying opportunities to produce case studies with current Kooomo clients

- Working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to plan and execute marketing campaigns, landing pages, new website content, etc.

- Planning, storyboarding, and producing video content (editing experience is preferable, but not essential)

- Monitoring organic website traffic (versus paid) on a weekly/monthly basis, and continuously optimising the content strategy to further increase MQL and SQLs.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- At least 4 years’ experience in successfully executing a content marketing strategy through various forms of content, ideally for a tech/SaaS based B2B organisation

- Third level degree in English, Journalism, Media, Communications or Marketing (or related field)

- Excellent written and spoken English & strong editorial and proofreading skills, including copywriting

- Proven experience in producing content that not only serves the marketing funnel, but successfully produces leads for the sales team

- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders (CEO, Founder, Head of Sales, Head of Channel, Head of Client Services) to ensure that common goals are being met at all times

- Self-motivated, passionate individual who lives, sleeps, and breathes great content!

Strategic Account Manager

Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced Strategic Account manager to join our growing sales team with a specific focus on large enterprise level clients through new client acquisitions in the UK \ Irish Markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling to/consulting with C level executives, and can excel in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting into the CEO, the Strategic Account Manager will be the driving force behind bringing Kooomo to large enterprise-level businesses with long complicated sales cycles managing deals from start to finish.
Responsibilities include:
- Be the primary lead for all large enterprise deals goals and objectives through achieving and exceeding individual sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis

- Proactively manage complex buying cycles by developing strategic relationships aligning both internal and external resources

- Develop, strategise, negotiate, and close large enterprise business opportunities

- Accurately forecast sales activity and revenue achievement

- Establish and build relationships with potential and existing customers across a range of industry verticals

- Maintain a high level of pipeline and CRM discipline and accurate customer and prospect interaction data
Required skills and experience:
At least 5 years of proven experience in large enterprise sales, preferably with a technical SaaS B2B product

Experience in the digital commerce sector is a distinct advantage

Face to face presentations to executive level decision makers (CEO, CTO, CMO, CIO)

Ability to include multiple partners and members of the Kooomo management team, using competitive selling to position company poroducts against direct and indirect competitors

Effective decision-making skills

Being a member of the senior sales team, you will need to have a commercial head on your shoulders, as you will be involved in many high-level decision making processes whether that be investment or operationally focused.
