Kooomo Platform provides to the partners of the eKosystem a detailed and complete dashboard with the most important KPI to manage one or more eshop.
This section contains:
OVERVIEW: in this panel, you can see general information about traffic, paid orders, turnover and average ticket.
TRAFFIC: in this panel, you can see the average visits, the new registered users, the conversion rates; you have to select the period of the traffic you need, from the right menu.
TURNOVER: in this panel you can see the number of invoices and the countries from which the invoices have been preceded. You have to select the period of the turnover you need, from the right menu.
MERCHANDISING: this panel gives you important information about most searched keywords, most viewed products, most sold products and also about products on sale or the availability of published products.
MARKETING in this panel you can find the turnover per campaign, return cost per campaign or orders per day/country.
OPERATIONS: in this panel you can find information about order history and workflow, number of credit notes, tickets and customer reviews.
REPORTS : in this panel you can find information about information about orders, invoices, fraud and refunds, visits per language/country, operations, payments method, warehouse, viewed products, sales by options/category and best sellers.
