Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

The CRM tab enables you to manage all the day-to-day tasks concerning the clients’ management.
The CRM contains the following sections:
Tickets - easy and direct management of client requests from all channels (including Amazon and eBay) directly from the platform. Can choose from hundreds of templates in multiple languages. Historical order enquiries stored in our CRM module in back-office
Survey - This section refers to the automatic email the system sent to the user after the delivery. The user can provide a feedback about the use of the Kooomo platform. On the top you can see the average rating for each question and the % for each value of the questions. Below there are all the feedback for the details of the user (order number / user / date). This can allow the customer service team to contact the user and understanding with him how the system can be improved.
