Head of Operations

Overview
We’re seeking an experienced Head of Operations to join our growing team and collaborate with departmental managers to create budgets and develop business plans. The Head of Operations will also be responsible for helping to update and develop corporate policy.

The ideal candidate for this position possesses proven leadership skills, as well as a strong ability to problem solve and make sound decisions that encourage corporate growth.

Reporting into the CEO, the Head of Operations will provide key strategic expertise and support in the the day to day operations in the business.
Responsibilities include:
Be the primary lead for all operations aspects of the business. Assist the CEO in the day to day running of the business.

The role will sit above the other managers to help filter and deal with all the day to day operational questions and needs of the business from the various departments including customer success team, sales, Technology, marketing, finance and all other functions of the business.

- Improve processes, operational workflows, systems and structures across the business.

- Support the overall business governances including maintaining all policies and procedures, governance processes, support to executive committees and development of relevant business information and analysis

- Improve business processes for each internal department through analysis and collaboration

- Get involved in long-term business planning at the managerial and executive level

- Collaborate with department management to develop operational plans

- Analyse the performance of support functions for departments such as human resources and make recommendations for improvement

- Work with departments and finance to develop budgets, set KPI’s and objectives. Act as responsible individual for the approval of significant corporate expense checks.
Required skills and experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5 years’ experience in a leadership role
- Preferred experience in the ecommerce sector or technology / digital sectors.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Effective decision-making skills

You will be an established Head of Operations or COO and be used to working in an environment where you have to roll up your sleeves and work in a proactive and reactive manner.

Being a member of the senior management team, you will need to have a commercial head on your shoulders, as you will be involved in many high-level decision making processes whether that be investment or operationally focused.

Head of Channel

Overview
We’re seeking an experienced Head of Channel Sales to build and manage the strategy and team responsible for the success of Kooomo’s channel partnerships (Technology and Agency).

Reporting into the CEO, the Head of Channel will oversee the identification, evaluation, development and management of channel partner relationships at each stage of the partnership journey.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute the Channel Sales strategy by actively identifying, prospecting, developing, and successfully entering into contractual agreements with channel partners, leading and owning the full partnership process

- Act as a liaison between channel partners and internal teams, (Sales, Marketing, Account Managers) by facilitating information exchange and collaboration to ensure the success of the channel relationship.

 

- Driving the partnerships to generate qualified opportunities for the sales team and help educate the internal teams on the benefit of the channel partnerships to our customers base

- Stay informed on all relevant industry trends, the competitive landscape and customer needs, representing the company at various industry trade shows and conferences, sales meetings, promotional and networking events

- Develop and manage the onboarding process for new partners to ensure they are enabled to drive sales cycles

- Optimise the existing network of channel partners

- Structure channel partnerships by tier levels, negotiate contracts, and establish sales strategies with partners to drive additional revenue opportunities
Required skills and experience:
-         At least 5 years of proven experience in partnership management, sales, and/or business development

-         Ideally experience working in the UK and European markets to recruit front end and marketing agencies and technology partners

-         Outstanding sales experience with a track record of identifying, recruiting, onboarding, and growing channel partnerships

-         Experience in digital commerce is a distinct advantage

-         Ability to coordinate with channel partners to create and execute business plans to meet sales goals

-         Outstanding presentation and communication skills

We’re seeking an experienced Strategic Account manager to join our growing sales team with a specific focus on large enterprise level clients through new client acquisitions in the UK \ Irish Markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling to/consulting with C level executives, and can excel in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting into the CEO, the Strategic Account Manager will be the driving force behind bringing Kooomo to large enterprise-level businesses with long complicated sales cycles managing deals from start to finish.
Responsibilities include:
- Be the primary lead for all large enterprise deals goals and objectives through achieving and exceeding individual sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis

- Proactively manage complex buying cycles by developing strategic relationships aligning both internal and external resources

- Develop, strategise, negotiate, and close large enterprise business opportunities

- Accurately forecast sales activity and revenue achievement

- Establish and build relationships with potential and existing customers across a range of industry verticals

- Maintain a high level of pipeline and CRM discipline and accurate customer and prospect interaction data
Required skills and experience:
At least 5 years of proven experience in large enterprise sales, preferably with a technical SaaS B2B product

Experience in the digital commerce sector is a distinct advantage

Face to face presentations to executive level decision makers (CEO, CTO, CMO, CIO)

Ability to include multiple partners and members of the Kooomo management team, using competitive selling to position company poroducts against direct and indirect competitors
