Client Growth Manager (English & Italian Speaking)
Role Description
Will thrive working with people, networking and building professional relationships. You will have a solid understanding and have a passion for eCommerce and constantly challenge yourself to support and enable our merchants to drive more revenue and conversions.
The value you will deliver:

  • Work across our international client base (from Ireland, UK, Italy, Spain) to evaluate their performance and develop strategies to improve overall conversions and engagement.
  • Liaise with the Product and Marketing functions at Kooomo to nominate new features and promote and market these to our merchants.
  • Liaise with the Partner function at Kooomo to identify relevant technology partners that can support your mission.
  • Establish trusted relationships with our merchants to understand, propose and report on growth strategies.
  • Act as point of contact for our clients to handle all onboarding, strategy sessions, reporting, renewal and upsell opportunities.
  • Undertake monthly and quarterly business reviews with clients.
  • Using a data-driven approach, understand what the most appropriate omnichannel and growth strategies best suit merchants, constantly evaluating emerging market trends and business needs.
  • Collaborate with the Project Managers and Product Owners of the project team during the initial onboarding and development of new eCommerce websites and post-go-live.
  • Define a plan and process for upselling and cross-selling to merchants.
  • Execute and manage all outbound sales sequences on behalf of your client portfolio.

Product & Project Owner (Italian Speaking)
Purpose of the role

We are looking for a knowledgeable, skilful, enthusiastic, and Italian speaking Product & Project Owner to help us manage our Italian merchants and improve their eCommerce websites. Working alongside the Head of Client Services, Southern Europe, you will take ownership of understanding, defining, planning, leading, and delivering all tasks for these merchants as defined by them with your support.

Key Activites

The value you will deliver:

  • Take the lead and ownership of understanding, defining, planning, leading, and delivering all tasks before, during and after go live of a new or existing project as a Product & Project Owner
  • Provide vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project and by gathering & creating functional requirements
  • Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on for each sprint by writing detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with client’s strategy
  • Provide backlog management, planning, and elaboration of the user stories
  • Have responsibility for monitoring, triaging, and solving (when appropriate) tickets that are raised via our ticketing system
  • Work closely with the Head of Client Services, Southern Europe to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI
  • Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals
  • Relationship building with our clients as the main point of contact
  • Become an expert in the Kooomo platform
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our clients eCommerce website(s), IT systems, and omnichannel projects
  • Research and analyse market, the users, and the roadmap for the product
  • Follow our competitors and the industry
  • Collaborate with our teams of developers and QA engineers
  • Deliver project scope on time and within budget
  • Reporting on progress of projects on a regular basis
  • Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends
  • Participate and have a strong voice in the various Agile events
  • Adhere to all our internal processes and suggest improvements
  • Must have a 3rd level qualification ideally in business, project management, or technology and have graduated within the last 4 years
  • Must be fluent in English and Italian
  • Previous working experience as a Product Owner is a must-have
  • Experience working within a professional Agile/Scrum environment is needed. If you have a professional certification then even better.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, negotiating and influencing skills with the ability to interact up to senior management and executive level
  • Very strong analytical thinking in terms of ability to break down problems into logical components and highly data-driven in terms of making client recommendations
  • Must have a strong bias for action i.e. you are proactive in figuring out what problems to tackle and then execute on solving them
  • Must be able to work with a distributed team
  • Proven track record in the on-time, on-budget delivery of projects within the software development
  • Good client management experience with strong skills in high level and detailed planning, organising, budgeting, problem solving and scheduling experience
  • Adept at engaging with various internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and determine their goals
  • Demonstrate business analysis, requirements gathering and documentation skills and ability to work with technical team to translate requirements into technical tasks
Additional Beneficial Skills/Experience:
  • Experience working within a SaaS model is preferred
  • eCommerce platform experience is strongly preferredExperience integrating with third party systems related to eCommerce is beneficial
  • Good governance, risk & issue management with a track record in project management tools such as Jira an advantage
