Founded in 1932, Butlers Chocolates is Ireland’s premier family-owned firm dedicated to the craft of exceptional chocolate making, which is available in over 40 countries and 60 airports worldwide. The company now employs 400 staff throughout its factory in Dublin and the Butlers Chocolate Café network in Ireland.
While Butlers was happily expanding into new markets, its eCommerce strategy was hindered by limitations on features, coupled with a dated look and feel, which were all negatively impacting the customer journey. The company had implemented Magento’s eCommerce platform to operate its online store and it was time to move up to an enterprise-level solution to align with the company’s ambitious digital strategy.
