. The new site features a greatly improved customer experience (CX) thanks to the latest eCommerce technologies and third-party retail integrations.
The Libiamo brand was created in 2015 through an international partnership that shared a passion for great Italian wine and sociable drinking abroad, inspired by the famous toast in Verdi’s famous opera La Traviata: "Libiamo nei lieti calici!" ("Let's drink from the joyful cups"). Kooomo was approached to migrate all its existing content and customers onto a new eCommerce site with improved user experience (UX) design and capabilities that reflected the authenticity of Italian wine-making culture.
