Automated Order Processing

Kooomo has a full Order Management System (OMS) that will complete payment and fraud checking, produce invoices, despatch credit notes and issue refunds, send automatic emails with tracking information and order status updates to final customers as well as label products ready for collection by your courier

Automated Order Management and Fraud Check

It is possible to set the Automated Order Management so that when the order is paid, invoices and shipping labels are created automatically and transmitted to warehouses directly. This system can be highly customized according to target markets and potential fraud risk. Orders can be filtered and blocked against rules for manual intervention before shipping. Rules can include billing address, order value, risk score, previous history or IP address to ensure fraud risk is minimized.

Returns Management

Let Kooomo simplify your returns through one user interface aligned to your internal process: return process is fully automated including return confirmation by the warehouse, credit notes issuing, refund of the correct amount, etc. Kooomo is a unique platform able to allow final customers to register their refund or exchange request from their account in one single step. From the backend we are able to manage an exchange and a refund from the same interface, a unique and simple process which speeds up daily operations
